The top features a magnetic base that has a boxed pincushion and needle minder that snap securely to it. Stick your pins in the pincushion, and rest your needle dependably on the needle minder when you put it down. Use these interchangeably or remove them whenever they're not needed.

Thoughts from Ali

If you love crafting on the sofa, this is for you.

Don't you just love that cosy feeling of curling up on the couch under a quilt and working on a hand-stitched project?

Add a cup of tea, a roaring fire and the sound of rain drizzling on the windows... for me that's a perfect evening!

As I've stitched through the years, my most treasured projects have been created on my couch.

Whether it's English paper piecing, cross-stitching, crocheting, or binding a quilt my sofa has been a haven of restful productivity.

But nothing steals my peaceful vibe more than being surrounded by clutter, and nothing ruins my stitching flow as much as losing my scissors!

Surely there could be a better way to have an organised armchair??

Something with pockets and sections and interchangeable parts that would suit whatever I was working on at the time!?

The ideas came flooding in once I started working on fixing the problem.

I wanted my ultimate organiser to hold a lot of stuff in many different ways, and so I worked at designing just that.

I needed a multifunctional organiser, that works hard for me so I don't have to.

I've been using my version for over 6 months now, and it's revolutionised my productivity...

I can find everything, store everything, and even fold it up and put it away fully loaded when I'm done for the night. I'm enjoying my neat space and feel more relaxed and productive than ever before.

Now, I'm excited to share this with you...

If you've ever used your sofa arm as a pincushion or lost your scissors down the side of your chair, then the Smart Sofa Station is the solution for you!

"There are other patterns out there for these sewing organizers, but the quality is what sold me on this one. Also, Ali has ways and suggestions to add sweetness and cuteness to her patterns. This one was the prettiest organizer that I have seen so I had to have it."
