Are you having challenges trying to print one of my patterns? I know it can be extremely frustrating when technology just doesn't work right! Here are some of my suggestions to troubleshoot the most common issues my sewist friends run into while printing.
Overall, my best recommendation is to ask for help from someone near you who is good with technology, or ask for help from a local tech support company.
However, if you do want to try and solve this yourself, here are some suggestions:
This is perhaps the most common issue my customers run into.
If you've measured the scale square/ruler on the template file and it's not measuring right, make sure your printer AND pdf reader is set to, "No Scaling" or "100% Scale", to ensure it prints at the right size.
When nothing else seems to work, some of my customers find a work-around by adjusting the scale to a little more or less than 100% (e.g. 102%) in the print settings.
If nothing is printing at all, please try restarting your printer, reloading the paper, and ensuring inks are properly loaded.
If you're having issues where the pattern is printing, but is missing some of the images or graphics — please contact us for support.
