There's no quilting to show here today, because I've been testing a sweet new pattern this week, just in time for Easter, for Lauren over at Mollyandmama. It's a tiny bunny and her carrot sleeping bag, made from wool felt, which makes for a quick and easy project.I've loved sewing up this little bunny, and dreaming up all her little extras, because come on, who doesn't love miniatures! Lauren's pattern has been so easy to follow, and is a really quick make, totally perfect to add to a little Easter basket!

These bunnies are a tiny 2.5 inches tall, making them just sooo adorable!

As well as the carrot sleeping bag for the bunny to slip into, I couldn't help making a tiny pillow and carrot to match!

This second bunny I scaled slightly larger, but she is still really tiny, only a few millimetres bigger. She's got a couple of coordinating bunny pillows, and a whole bunch of carrots to nibble on when she's hungry! Elea Lutz's Milk, flower and sugar print just lends itself to fussy cutting the little bunnies, and was perfect to use for the yellow bunny cushion! The little green bunny pillow is from a Spotlight print that I've had for years, and is covered in little houses and pieces of fruit...I added an apple to the bunny's belly, and a row of fruit to the sleeping bag...

I thought the pillows and carrots were just sooo cute that they deserved their very own picture...the carrots are very easy to make, and are just little wedges of fabric sewn up into a pointy cone...then stuffed and embellished with embroidery floss.

I hope you have fun getting ready for this Easter, and sewing something cute for your families...this pattern is the perfect project! In case you missed the link above, find the pattern here.
